1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is the operator named in the Imprint.

2. Server logs (hosting)

When you access the site, our host (Eigenbetrieb auf eigenem Server (Self-Hosting), Deutschland (EU)) automatically processes access data in server log files (incl. IP address, date/time, requested URL, referrer, user agent). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation). Logs are kept only briefly and then deleted. A data-processing agreement is in place with the host.

3. Cookies & tracking

In standard operation we set no tracking or analytics cookies and embed no web analytics. Technically necessary / functional storage (e.g. language preference, dismissing notices) happens locally in your browser. We honour "Do Not Track" (DNT) and "Global Privacy Control" (GPC).

4. Advertising (if enabled)

If advertising is enabled, we use Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd.). Cookies/local storage for (personalised) ads are only set after your consent via Google’s consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); without consent, essential functions only. 5. External content & donations

Item icons are loaded from ArenaNet (render.guildwars2.com), transmitting your IP address to ArenaNet/NCSOFT. Price data comes from the official Guild Wars 2 API. Donation links lead to external providers (e.g. Ko-fi/PayPal) governed by their own privacy policies. Ko-fi
